HIRING THE HALL

Cost of Hire:  £10.00 per hour

This is an all-inclusive cost and with full use of the entire building and car-park.  Hire rates are reviewed annually in May, however the rate you agree at time of booking is the rate you will pay.

Booking Deposit:  None.  Damage deposits may be required

In exceptional circumstances, hirers may be required to pay a damage deposit - please see the full terms and conditions of hire for details.

Booking Confirmations:  Not confirmed until a completed Hire Agreement is received

Download and complete a copy of the Hire Agreement and return to the Booking Secretary (details on form) with any appropriate damage deposit as necessary.

How to Pay:  By the event date using cash, cheque or bank transfer

If payment is not received by the event date the Treasurer will issue an invoice to be paid immediately.  Use the following details for bank transfer payments:
